I am a creative professional who enjoys addressing organizational challenges with innovative solutions that drive results. My experience includes grassroots campaigns designed to raise visibility, awareness, and revenue to advance missions.
I have twenty years of experience identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a wide range of funder types. Examples of my work include:
a $2.5 million grant from Jeff Bezos' Day One Family Fund to Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness
multiple six figure major gifts to advance global species conservation
a $5 million contract secured by the United Way of Connecticut from the CT Office of Early Childhood
a multi-million dollar federal youth homelessness demonstration grant
a partnership with financial services firm Synchrony that brought in more than $1 million in revenue
development of a Private Sector Working Group that engaged corporate funders from across the state
I love developing campaigns grounded in multi-stakeholder partnerships. I enjoy the challenge of working with stakeholders across different sectors to identify common goals and drive results. Here are some examples of campaigns I have led:
A multi-stakeholder campaign I created in partnership with CT REALTORS Foundation to grow the base of contributors. The be homeful project raised millions of dollars.
An advocacy campaign I designed to promote legislative priorities centered on housing as a right. The campaign engaged advocates in educating government stakeholders.
A statewide partnership I led with CT Conference of Municipalities and Sustainable CT that used a certification framework to engage our state's municipal leaders in taking action to end homelessness.
